What is an Introduction Credit?
Each Introduction Credit unlocks one carefully hand-picked introduction selected by our professional matchmaking team. Credits never expire.
Our Matchmaking Promise
If we are unable to provide a suitable curated introduction within 10 days after you redeem an Introduction Credit, that unused credit will be fully refunded.
How long until I get an introduction?
Usually 5–10 days after your profile is verified, depending on how specific your preferences are.
Do you verify members?
